
Private Studio Rental Rates

Please read all rules, terms & conditions below prior to booking.
Disclaimer: by making your payment, you agree to abide by all the rules, terms & conditions listed below.
Note: The Schedule is released with a rolling 6 month window to allow us to plan seasonal events. If you need something further than this, please reach out directly.
Rental Rules
1. Any time needed for teardown or clean up is included in the rental period purchased. However, there is a 15-minute buffer scheduled between rentals to allow a short grace period for both incoming and outgoing guests. If the renter before you has already vacated the space, you’re welcome to enter early (up to 15 minutes). We kindly ask that you remain mindful of others and still ensure you enter and exit the facility in a timely manner.
2. Outdoor footwear must be removed at the front entrance. Only cleaned and dry footwear can be worn in the space. If you plan to where footwear while in the studio, please ensure to bring a clean pair. No footwear allowed on the furniture, please.

3. During the weekdays, we kindly ask you keep the noise level down to respect our small business neighbors. They hear everything!
4. Studio furniture and equipment is available for your use. Only select items are not available with your rental, which are marked accordingly.
5. Furniture may be rearranged, but please do not drag items across the floor. Use assistance when moving heavier pieces and return everything to its original placement before leaving.
6. Leave the studio tidy. Sweep or mop floors as needed. Please take all garbage with you when leaving. There is a large garbage bin located around the backside of the unit.
7. Do not use nails, pins, or wall fasteners. If you need to hang items, use command hooks, putty, or gentle tape only. Any wall damage will be the responsibility of the client.
8. At this time, we do not allow pets in the studio space. This policy may change in the future.
9. Food and drinks are allowed, however alcohol is not allowed on the premises. Please be sure to clean up after yourself, dispose of all garbage, and take care of any spills right away. $100 is charged if extra cleaning is needed.
10. The building entry code may be shared only with your authorized guests. Do not distribute it to unauthorized individuals
11. Leave the space in the same condition in which it was found for the next users. There may be back-to-back bookings.
12. Confirm that the door is securely locked upon departure.
13. Turn off all lights before exiting to help conserve energy.
14. Report any maintenance concerns or damage immediately. Failure to report issues may result in responsibility being assigned to the current renter.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All rental payments are non-refundable. If the Client cancels with at least 48 hours’ notice, a credit will be issued and valid for 90 days to rebook a new date and time (rebooking must be arranged via email). Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking and all fees paid.
Damages
The Client accepts full responsibility for any damage that occurs during their rental period. This includes, but is not limited to:

Broken glass or mirrors

Damaged or missing furniture

Stained or torn upholstery

Damaged or missing photography equipment

Broken light fixtures
-
Structural damage (including scrapes to floors, holes in walls or ceilings, etc.)
The Client agrees to cover all repair costs and/or full replacement value of any damaged items, equipment, or structural components.
Cleaning Fee
The Client agrees to return the studio in the same condition it was found. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied if the studio requires additional cleaning due to:

Spills

Stains on furniture or props

Full floor cleaning due to guests not removing footwear.

Scuff marks on floors or walls

Uncleaned dishes and kitchenette

Excessive mess or debris
Please take extra care with the white floors and furnishings. Cleaning supplies (vacuum and mop) are available in the storage room for your use.
Limit of Liability
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Collective YXE and its affiliates, employees, agents, and independent contractors from any injury, death, property damage, liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to the use or rental of the studio space.
